AusTex Oil Limited (ASX:AOK) is a junior oil and gas producer operating onshore USA in Kansas and Oklahoma.
In Oklahoma, AOK is focusing on development of already proven producing leases with an infill drilling program underway and is the operator.
Kansas operations are managed by Castle Resources Inc., a private oil and gas operator based in North-West Kansas. A new oil discovery was announced in January 2010 and further development and exploration will continue for calendar 2010.
